Our people are the foundation of our success.
We are a fast-growing, innovative team challenging norms and driving meaningful impact.
We are pioneering the next era of chip connectivity by successfully integrating photonics and electronics on the same wafer. Our technology boosts performance and throughput while making the power limits of today’s systems a thing of the past, giving innovators the edge they need to reimagine what’s possible.
What we’re building is changing the future of the semiconductor industry, and it’s attracting world-class talent who are redefining what’s possible.
What we’re building is changing the future of the semiconductor industry, and it’s attracting world-class talent from Intel, AMD, Broadcom, and beyond. This is the team reshaping what’s possible.
Raised €11.2M in VC, including public funding. Investment co-led by Vsquared and Cambium.
Moved into FabOne Facility (15,000m² Fabrication space; 2,000m² office space)
Fab construction begins on a scalable pilot line for 300mm wafer technology.
FabONE is our dedicated fab for graphene-based optical chip technology. It’s set to become the world’s first production facility for this breakthrough innovation.
In March 2025, we acquired Applied Nanolayers, a leading graphene specialist based in the Netherlands, to accelerate our Integrated Graphene Photonics roadmap. Their expert team and industrial 200 mm wafer platform brought volume graphene production in-house, significantly shortening our path to scale. By combining our established graphene capabilities in the Netherlands with our upcoming 300mm pilot production at FabONE. This acquisition accelerates the development of an energy-efficient, high-performance chip technology in Europe.
